To get the price higher into the dimes and quarters depends on marketing the products as well. T-mobile's partnership is definitely encouraging. And if the products are marketed strategically we could see dollars. T-mobile is very encouraging and partnering with a lot of other companies in their iot initiative. Check the links.

Saddle ranch plans to submit for certification in April. But they anticipate selling in the third quarter, which is around August or September as per the following:

So, my suggestion is to wait it out for dimes and quarters for nice profits. But you never know what else can happen in between.
