Hey luckydd, good seeing you again, my long time friend.

A while back you mentioned that International Venture Society did not go forward with MDGC because it was a Delaware company rather than a Nevada company. I have not found any indication of that.

IVS is a professional merger company and I would be surprised if they erred in taking custodianship of MDGC. It is obvious, however, that once they purchased hundreds of millions of shares of MDGC it was put on the back burner.

Last week over 140 million more shares traded hands, and I am hoping IVS bought them and now planning for a merger. If so, at some point they will tweet this information. If so, the current share price is laughable.

I have emailed IVS, but have not received any reply as of now.

The latest company that IVS is working on a merger is PCLI, which is another stock I have owned for over 10 years. The share price went from .0001 (for 9 years) up to a high of .0026 this week. I expect that share price to go up to near a penny, as it did on the false rumor of a merger many years ago. Now, PCLI is actually being taken over, and IVS is handling the entire project.
