Yep. It's all possible in the wild otc.

Your right there are share structures with 15+ billion outstanding that I've also seen go to .0047, .0072, and one that even hit .0095. That's just the ones I've seen go that high.

With updates and new management running this, could easily get back to its 2 year high of .003+
