dougSF30 - You realize there is a difference between 'evidence' and 'proof beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law', right?

It is this difference that feeds all of the conspiracy theories and provides the wiggle room to justify the hatred so many AMD fans feel towards Intel.

AMD as a company makes the choice to compete in the microprocessor market. They know the playing field and all of its fairness issues. Yet they still choose to compete.

As an investor, you can question the wisdom of this business strategy and determine the course of action to increase your personal wealth.

As an AMD fan, you ignore the finances and cheer every attempt by AMD to hurt Intel, at any expense. As an AMD fan, you believe the conspiracy theories without doubt. As an AMD fan, if AMD complains about some fairness issue, you sing along in the chorus to repeat the mantra "AMD is good, and Intel is bad."
