There are layers actually. Any financier has their own agenda, 1st of course would be to get thier money back. If it works out to move forward, great, but tbey could really give a rats.
Now bring in a pharma that knows how to do their dd, and sees a potential blockbuster therapy or treatment, which is where IPIX IS RIGHT NOW.....
