Appreciate the reply holla. What about their model is so off base from their original intent from your view? Why won't they make it in Seattle as their store is doing almost $3M which is decent?

Not nearly as strong as Denver location, but Denver has the grow facility and soon another dispensary that should be attention getting and revenue driving like the other Denver location.

Washington state won't allow them to be vertically integrated with grow, process and retail like you can in CO and OR for example.

Once federal cannabis rules change later with respect to taxes, banking and traditional investment options, Diego Pellicer will then be able to acquire the dispensaries and put that revenue on the balance sheet which will adjust our SP to a much higher level.

That's what I'm waiting on and been heavily invested for over a year. We'll see what happens. Nothing will surprise me as it's the OTC swamp.
