Thanks. Eitherway, however, Health Discovery Corporation is at the helm. If you look at the Neo Genomics issue indicated on the 8-K filed in 2017 -- which was one year before the new Intel decision -- it says:

https://seekingalpha.com/filing/3370788

"Furthermore, NeoGenomics has been notified that any patents, issued or pending, owned by either HDC or NeoGenomics which are based in whole or in part on HDC’s patents or technology may not be used by NeoGenomics in the absence of a license authorized by HDC."

Now replace the name "Neo Genomics" with "Intel." The results are the same and applies to any party. The key words are "in whole or in part." But even stronger is the USPTO, Judge Moore's adjudication in it's entirety. That's a very difficult hurdle for Intel -- that they cannot cross, since Intel implemented the technology -- "in whole and in part" -- before Judge Moore's decision. If Intel doesn't come forward with a mends, then the decision was already binding, before Intel implemented it. That's a very heavy burden to defend against, especially when the Intel patent was filed infringing. That is HEAVY. Intel can never escape liability for this egregious deception and unjust enrichment.

I'm happy that Judge Moore was honest. Some Judges, and I can name many, are real corrupt dirt bags. Judge Moore did the right thing and Health Discovery Corporation had plenty of supporting and substantial evidence that cannot be refuted. Billion dollar-Intel can't win. And on top of this Intel knowingly swore out false information. And they never came forward, concealing information overtly. Intel's in deep shit.

My heart goes out to Health Discovery Corporation for all of the abuses that they've endured. Health Discovery corporation needs help and support.
