They can wait and tell all in the 10Q. That strategy would deliver but at a slower rate. What they should do is have numerous investor telephone conference calls open to every shareholder. Release the minutes verbatim of that telephone call. This makes it public. This would result in a rapid advance of new money from shareholders.
