no thats just plain wrong... many people go to jail and then are let go when courts find out they got it wrong. Those people are not assumed guilty for the time they spent there WRONGFULLY. Most humans feel for them and the years of their lives the courts STOLE from them. Again, they dont get let off if they are truly guilty by the law. The courts rules are part of the law. If the court broke the law they were not truly guilty... hence they are FREE and INNOCENT!
