You are also assuming the few involved with these corporate transactions know GIFA is going public. Corporate information doesn’t flow freely in this part of the world.

What you are saying does not make a lick of sense, for a variety of reasons.

Kisa does not strike me as tight lipped. He is a promoter. I would imagine one of the first things out of his mouth, to most people he knows or meets, is about his company on the American Stock exchange.

It is implied that Kisa employs hundreds, if not thousands of employees and has many business and political acquaintances. These people surely know the GIFA story and I assume Kisa does not hang out with paupers.

Now, that being said, why in hell would Kisa not give a heads up to his friends and employees? You know, something like, "Guess what, we make almost $100 million in profit and our stock is selling for .10 in America. If you want to make yourself a bundle of cash, you should grab a chunk of it". Or if he was as generous to his employees as he portends, Kisa would be doing what most good employers do. That is, offer to match a certain amount of stock purchases by employees. After all, it is one of his fervent goals to better the lives of people from N. Cyprus (which he employs).

Do you really think GIFX would be totally ignored after the last PR? Are you not aware that there are analysts dedicated to finding these unknown "Gold Mines"?

About 10 years ago, I worked for a Korean entrepreneur. His son was an investment analyst in Hong Kong. Every week, the son, would fax his Dad about companies like GIFX (supposedly), from all parts of the world. Not just major nations. Some of the best growth potential is in areas of the world, that would seem obscure to many. And let us not forget this. If you read Kisa's resume', he has lived and done business in Europe and Africa, he says. So, I would think many of his former business network would be beating down the door to get a piece of this.

When looking at GIFX, logic rather than excuses serve better to view a stock with very little public financial information. With a personality like Kisa, his "Hidden Gem" would not stay a secret for long to his wide network of business associates and employees (if they exist).

HOPE IS MOTIVATION; REALITY IS PROFIT
