gers… That was my point, "For whatever it is worth,"? But anything Positive is welcome here! It does show movement somewhere down the line however!

I am anticipating the conclusion of the Law Suit soon as it has gone on far too long already, and only a favorable judgment will make GERS a success in our lifetimes IMO.. But we are inching closer to a decision which I believe will bring us some sort of a significant win, but maybe not all that was being asked for?

Some of the Infringers claims should have a minor impact on the results, for no one in his Corporate right mind would intentionally Break the Patent Laws so flagrantly? But then again, stupid moves make no difference to the Law-minded judges, who stand behind patents a great percentage of the time!
