It looks like the only winner on this delistning will be the governments in the Nordic Countries.. I guess approx plus 30% of the shareholder base is in Scandinavia and most of them have bought siaf In Isk or Kf accounts, meaning we have paid a pre-rax every quarter. If they transfer the shares to a ’aktie account at these depressed levels, everyones buyerprice’ will be the latest Share price when the transfer take place. ( will be the new buyer price of the share) wich means everyone of the sharholders will have to pay a 30% taxgain on losses... if the shareprice ever gets back to 8usd , i think a lot of shareholders still could be down or just even, then the Governments make 70milion ( ish) dollar in tax gain and all scandinavian shareholders are still behind.... A lot of the longholders have bought and where able to buy shares on OTC with isk or Kf accounts before but apperantly the banks have changed their rules leaving siafs scandinavian sharholders in a devastating situation regarding taxgain on losses...
