We are a private company. Not under the jurisdiction of the SEC. When we do go back public, we will provide all the right documents (financial statements) that is required. We expanded too quickly, grew too fast and raised too much debt. Tangential competition took customer dollars away from us...cost were constant. We are building slowing this time.
