I travel home tonight.

You are absolutely correct, USAT could file for Chapter 11 to make problems and lawsuits evaporate and basically "reset" after an audit.

Of course we will be killed if that happens. It's a nuclear option.

As long as that's not on the table, my feeling is the revenues, growth and loyal growing customer base is going to put a floor in the PPS.
