I'm still feeling like something good is in the works here. Why would they bother filing and updating their annual at the SOS? Some keep stating dilution, which there has been some, no doubt, but going back through the filings, the SS hasn't changed that much over a 2 year span, especially for a penny stock. The company needs to update shareholders on what's happening and that should change this completely around* JMHO:)
