Therein lies the problem

Where's the volume going to come from? This is an institutional story, not a quick hit retail one.

The stock needs a news event with near term implications, like a deal for XactDose. Perhaps a US patent approval would help too, but I don't believe that's going to happen soon given they applied less than two years ago.
