UPIN..07...Chart...Cup n Handle confirmed on the Break/Hold of the Resistance Neckline at .10 range...Target is .18 range...50/200 will cross this week and the 100/200 will follow it within 10 business days...imo...we shall see...No position at this moment but looking for an entry...Been in and out of UPIN for just about a year now...

Target is established by deducting the bottom from the resistance neckline and adding that total to the resistance neckline...

Bottom 02 range...minus Resistance Neckline .10 range = .08 add the total to the Resistance Neckline .10 =.18

My only question is the approach UPIN will take with this maxed out share structure posted on the last filing...
