The DD that shares stay intact is overwhelmingly accurate...Their getting those NOLS to and millions of dollars worth ....The monitor said there would be no “ hardships “ to any parties of interest...and it looks like that statement was accurate....Over $ 320,000,000 in NOL credits and I”m sure it will be more when the restructuring is complete...Only a few trading days till March 15th...I see another stay..to tie up some loose ends ...but the major stuff will be dealt with..Can”t wait !
