100 River Run is a residence near the Roswell Square. At one time Nicole listed this as her primary residence. The property was foreclosed on some time ago and she moved, or so we were led to believe, to Michigan.

So, why is Rick still listing this address as the Bangi HQ? Because all of this is just a bunch of made up BS used to fool would-be investors.
