Who “touted” CDEL is a real buyer? CDEL also know as Citadel a Chicago based trading outfit is not a person. Real buyer can choose to use CDEL if they want.
Also, many “real buyers” do not always use the public market to buy shares especially in a thinly trade security like CCTC. You could buy up convertible notes giving you a LARGE position that you could not accumulate in the open market without driving the price up against yourself. Shares trade in many securities EVERYDAY and you find out from a filing. This is common in the OTC market. Like with CCTC.
