Not unusual to boot the founder when the company goes from private to public, or from micro to, well, a bigger micro.
The ex-ceo founder made into a president or maybe chairman, director, whatever.
The last thing I want to see now is for meni to go from interim ceo to ongoing ceo. If that happened it would look like a power grab / coup staged by meni and his lieutenants. That would look bad.
Besides, they should go out and see what the best replacement they can get is before they just go with the next guy up internally.
