IMO the increase in restricted shares means that the debt is completely paid off now. I am hoping that a part of the shares went to a large partner taking a stake for a valuation equivalent to at least 18X revenues weighted to the fraction of shares sold, and that money (say 50 million shares worth 6 times current value would be roughly equal to about $45million) going to the huge increase in operations required to expand marketing and product sales. I would also guess that the partner company is a Canadian producer of high quality CBD that wants a foothold in the US market. This is all just speculation on my part to stimulate discussion....
