Just address it in the shareholder meeting directly and see what he says. I'm sure a lot of the discussion will be about getting a farm deal if there isn't one by then, doesn't have to be 9 square miles, besides that would be hard to keep secure anyway. A couple small farms here and there is good for diversity.
