It looks to me like it is JUST SITTING THERE.
Oldest reference I can find is Esperanza Resources owned it in 2011.
There was an option agreement in December of 2011 for Guerrero Ventures to buy Biricu from Esperanza.
Alamos Gold bought Esperanza Resources in August 2013.
Two years later, in December 2015,Minaurum Gold fronted the money for Guerrero Ventures to explore Biricu. Guerrero then informed Minaurum that the required exploration expenditures and obligations of the underlying Biricu option agreement between Alamos Gold Inc. and Guerrero have been fulfilled. Results from the exploration work were pending.
It's now been four years of nothing newsworthy from Guerrero Ventures. Biricu is listed as a project on Minaurum's website, but no underlying data exists when you click the link. It looks like the concession is still tied to Guerrero Ventures with Esperanza Silver de México, S.A. de C.V.as the actual owner.
Not grasping at straws here, just curious why such a large parcel of land that has already been tested is just sitting there?
