There is NOT an RS pending as no pre14c has been filed. There really isn't any reason to even consider one, as even another 1bil share offering would not come anywhere close to maxing AS. Purely a panic selloff, recovery imminent with 10k shortly showing new contracts, no dilution and net profits.
