Looks like a 8% commission for finding new investor money for Santa Elena. Does this writing style look familiar?

Has offered work for no fee to fund drills and seek a good JV plus refinance Mable site claims proven up $55 mil. Asking 8% profit only after cash in hand for all he can raise for Mexus future operations.

Who do you pay "finder's fee" to? Why, I would guess maybe a "finder".

P.S. That 8% is a finder's fee. i.e. 8% of the money raised, not the profits from the mines. Wanted to nip that one in the bud.
