The O/S size always matters. Imagine what the stock market would be like if companies were printing unlimited shares at will... It would be virtually impossible to accurately evaluate any stock if O/S size didn’t matter. Share reductions and share buybacks would be irrelevant if O/S size didn't matter.

Market CAP = O/S size x current PPS
You can't compute the market capitalization without the O/S size. That in and of itself means that it does matter.

I also don’t think limiting profits is simple for many of the shareholders who bought .0004 and higher...

The OS size is irrelevant as it’s computed into the Market CAP and will simply increase the Market CAP and limit profits.



Would Anish ever actually disagree and admit that the PPS wouldn’t recover? No one would buy into the overhang (aka dilution) if the CEO thought his own stock had no chance of appreciating...

Tony agrees with my assessment and also believes our pps will recover very soon with what’s coming.
