Ask any patent expert to analyze this play, see if he mentions stock price in his assessment. NEXT. Not even a debate. Ask him about the IPR sweep that only 4% accomplish.

If you can name just ONE negative that has been used here for the past 5 years that you feel would impact the final outcome if this were to go to court.

You're telling me all these earth shattering negatives we hear wont have even a tiny impact in court?
