Why would a Company "supposedly" going to make an attempt at buying back stock to retire......

Pump the Share Price by releasing a Super 8K BEFORE they have bought back the shares required? (at a much lower price)

Some Common sense might be warranted here

Im still holding to my prior Post# 42571 and will look to reload at that point

I dont mind chasing if it starts moving up....but it wont for awhile
