Where is the management - where are the financials - why did Bemax file a Form 15 and go dark?

The Nigerian Diaper Scam was exposed a couple of years ago - since then the price is down 99%.

Attempting to buy a illiquid stock using a discount broker is difficult - that is because the discount brokers only have one route to execute your order - use a broker that allows you to choose how to route your order.

If your broker has only one route (MM) and they aren't on the Bid or Ask it is difficult to execute your order.
