Tiger I may be misrepresenting smokey, but it is to my understanding that in the charter of the company, there is a line where the executives claim no fiduciary responsibility to shareholders.

so written for sure. maybe spoken on that confererence call to which I was not present, and definitely implied on actions taken with convertible shares etc.

Honestly, at this point we longs definitely have a tiger by the tail.

I don't necessarily agree with smokey that earnings should be higher than they are at present due to ambassador. I think ambassador could cause the viral event to cause explosive demand for product.

My fear is that since ballas doesn't care, he isn't GEARING up for such an event.

why am I not panicking yet?
1 - if that happened, it would still cause a local pop OR force him to sell to someone who could meet the demand
2 - as smokey himself said, down 99% not much more downside, and every dog has its day.

3 - sure ballas is making money by dumping hence he doesn't care....but he's making less and less, MMs are covering shorts.....as Einstein is accredited "insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results"...Ballas is kind of forced to let this stock run or he might not find the new blood to keep this "alternate" way of making money going to his benefit.
