Sorry...but ECOS can no longer sell shares to the naive and uninformed in any industry through convertible note buyers like John Fife. The SEC changed the rules months ago regarding MM participation in assisting convertible note holders in dumping large amounts of new shares. Those new rules have put a crimp on pennyland share selling schemes like ECOS's.

ECOS shut down after the rule change and has said nothing to anyone since. It appears they no longer have access to any new shares to sell "to another industry".
