If it survives then surely they will try and promote the stock to the level required to do an aggressive reverse at some point. It will depend of course how much stock they put into the hands of promoters as to how freely it trades or if the price trends upward. When they have exhausted the authorized yet again, the choice will be to increase shares and devalue the stock even further or pump- reverse and start over. The track record is a long one of existing as a career vehicle.

You can almost bet the promoters will be out first, but your right short of a delisting the eventual promotional will have to start from somewhere or someone.
