It bears mention that no funds were exchanged with Mr. Waldron and no monies were paid to NNRX at any time for his contemplated merger.

IDK why people are raising unfounded scares involving SEC - Waldron ran a subsidiary and didn't disclose material facts to the parent co./ NNRX. I see no possible liability here, underlying assets remain the same.

COMPANY VERY RECENTLY BECAME SEC-CURRENT/ ready to go forward.
IDK why Bishop didn't check all this out a month ago however.

This corrections seems a way-over-correction/ oversold.
