Note that they finished some sort of project in Nigeria last April. I think this gives a little insight into what these partnerships mean for VPER. Revenue for that quarter was not significant.

That Collier County situation was a big topic for those advocating VPER stock a few years back. One genius even posted links to equipment that had absolutely nothing to do with VPER.
VPER hasn't had much news for quite some time. Hard to say what they might come up with next.
I don't even understand the point of the GSI "acquisition" unless it was just some sort of red herring. It has resulted in nothing for the company. Why not just "partner" with GSI? Wouldn't that fit their M.O. slightly better?
Their new headquarters is certainly impressive. Basically just a physical address to receive mail. $85/mo. At least they are being frugal.
