I second this. Don't stress about maximizing, just enjoying the ride. Take some profits, let some ride, and don't worry about when the best time to get out is, you will always be wrong. Get your initial back, take profits, keep whatever % in you feel comfortable with. I'm holding for multiple pennies with most of it Long Term Capital Gains. As long as I don't ride it back down to trips I am in good shape. I don't see that happening here though
