4 days are not much! What they are doing is to let the original complaint to stand even though it was filed incorrectly by EMO. Why would VYST lawyers do this? IMO, They want to use the EMO complaint to show the Judge EMO's filing was blatantly frivolous and damaging. I would not be surprised if EMO settles by the hearing figuring they would loose much more if proceedings continue.
