Let me put it bluntly.This stock and its CEO is a con artist.This guy is involved in the scams and DCAC is another scam.Last year he initiated RS and people bought stocks and company sold millions of stocks .Now since people accumulated stocks and this guy initiated a RS.
RS will bring down this stock to a lower number and then again this guy is going to issue billions of stocks and then again RS.I think voila is a con artist .This company to me a scam at this point and I would encourage people to asses the stock before opening any position.
