This past week was for us and the company a very good session.
We are up 17% from Friday's 2/22 close.
The churning is needed although can be ugly at times, many view it as a
great buying opportunity. I agree.
The OTC Stop Sign was in discussion over the many sessions and it really
is a moot point as far as trading in this venue.
Last Sunday, I mentioned a major announcement was in for this past week
and we got the PR on a 'Honey of a deal'. This was a precursor of what is coming for this week and additional Domino's to follow.
So far on 'Domino Count' we have our second to fall (The Honey of a Deal) and as mentioned there are a few more to turn.
Positive lookout----------
The 10-Q not so much on the numbers, which I think will be adequate, but
the sequence of events to complete the mosaic.
The Stop Sign will drop within 48 hrs. of timely release of 10-Q.
Another pickup contract is in the works and their strength is in the
Middle East, mainly Dubai. The Global presence is unfolding and what to
watch for.
The M/A is the 'crème de la crème' of this Mosaic.
Once released and with the foot-notes and this is key, why the SS is what it is.
The raising of the A/S is a purpose to satisfy 'Greenmailing'. Whenever a company invokes the 'Quiet Period' and the raising of the A/S is a
protection action and indicative of a major shift. For us this is
positive.
Our first Domino to turn was the VC of Mr. Garnock.
Bringing in a VC serves many purposes, but the area of importance is the
contribution he brings and becomes part of the company. VC folks want
their investment to succeed in the continue growth of the company. They
are generally not short-term investors.
To get financial assistance from a Venture Capitalist, Is like an elevator ride.
The company (Vrus) has about 35 sec. to convince the VC to take a stake. It is within this short time period and successful as in this venture, is a BIG DEAL!
One reason why we are only in the 2nd inning.
This still remains a buying opportunity at these levels.
