I could have sworn we’d already discussed this last year. Check the amendments to HESG’s articles of incorporation at the SOS to get the factual number of authorized shares.

Various news sites and brokerage firms like Yahoo, Ameritrade, ETrade, etc. are notorious for their misinformation.

The HESG authorized is 50B.


Authorized shares onYahoo is 18.72B & on TDAmeritrade is 20.52B.
