OK, where are funds/ETFs based on Charting/TA? Damn good question eh?

Why don't Vanguard or Fidelity offer investments that pick stocks solely based on TA or charts?

Over the decades just about every stock "pickin" method has launched funds. I often talk about my favorite oddball fund that hasn't added a new holding since 1935, The Voya Corporate Leaders fund (and it continues to perform). We have stacks of single-country funds, Bitcoin funds, Green funds. I've even heard of astrology based funds.

There HAVE been TA funds... but they did so poorly they shut down:
