Projagg acquisition was not complete until after the 4th quarter, hence the value is not reflected in the 4th quarter financials.

I inquired to the company last year and Danny replied that the shares had to be transferred, which I think happened late Dec or early January.
I remember seeing the AS and OS going up as promised to grow the business.

The shares used to buy Projagg are restricted.

1st quarter financials should reflect the value of Projagg, I feel we will see some meaty news issued in advance of the launch.
