No, the device is a warmed over scam with a computer plugged into it. Nobody is going to buy it. It reduces VAR’s, which you don’t pay for, not WATTS (kWh specifically) that you do pay for, so it saves no money for anyone.

The stock sale will provide a nice retirement stipend for the insiders, though, if they sell any of it.
