("SPII"), an entity that may be deemed to be beneficially owned by Mr. Economou; (ii) 45,876,061 common shares owned by Sierra Investments Inc. ("Sierra"), an entity that may be deemed to be beneficially owned by Mr. Economou; and (iii) 14,545,454 common shares owned by Mountain Investments Inc.
