Viola’s involvement with other public companies has absolutely no influence over DCAC. Unless they were specifically investigating this stock in particular, there’s no reason to suspend it or file charges against Viola for financial negligence in relation to this company’s operations.

As you can see in the Order, the SEC didn’t even pursue civil penalties against Viola since he wasn’t directly responsible for Lindaman’s audits.

It’s good to know that Viola will be staying out of trouble and that his undivided attention will be here instead. Lol
