Davinder, according to Mark's email response gonetopot posted, which I've posted below, Mark definitively states that fins will be dropped before the last day of March.

I had questioned the validity of your email to Mark, that is when I decided to contact Mark for the first time myself and I phrased the filing question in a way that would nail him down more accurately:
Here is my correspondence with Mark which was after yours:
I have never tried to contact Mark before. Here is the way I phrased the question and Mark's reply:
Hi, Dr. Schena:
It is the same question that is asked of you everyday, but phrased different.
(extra info always welcome but to not violate any rules) Yes or No will work for me.
Will Arrayit finally be filing any of the late / overdue filings before the last day of March 2019?

Thank You

Reply: Dear Gregg, Nice to hear from you. We appreciate your support and positive feedback. Yes we are on schedule to file our financials in Q1-2019. Thanks, Mark

According to "Gibson Dunn, 2019 SEC Filing Deadlines," the only due date for 10K filing remaining in the month of March, is Monday, March 18th, and is for the Accelerated Filer: 75 days after fiscal year end. That would make sense for Arrayit, since the Accelerated Filer category is for float over $75MM, and less than $700MM. This same date, March 18th, appears to be the staleness date for 10Q from 3rd quarter 2018.

Let's see if March 18th is the magic date or not.
