This one looks like the more typical pattern that I'm use to seeing on new issue tickers that promo, most of the old APS, SMA, VM, etc, etc back in the day, would start out like this.
Most of the time they run(7 out of 10 times)....but...sometimes, there is so much selling, that they don't let it. Then when the buy's at that initial starting level run out, they just start whacking it down cheaper, and cheaper.
Of course I could be wrong and this isn't a promo, but from my experience, unusual volume to this degree, on a new issue is almost always artificially created. Especially in this case, where there is no real info on what this is even, supposedly the app business was sold off from what I've read....so I guess this is technically a shell...??
