I look at the reasons a company is doing a RS. If a company is in decline and trying to keep from being delisted etc. The RS wont help the company and it will continue to decline. If a company is progressing and moving forward with a horrible SS like MDTR it may be a tough start but it's the only way to get out of sub penny and uplisting. This will attract more investors and bigger money. I dont think these guys are buying patents, Facilities, expansion, production to pull off a scam...to do that you just need a PO box. And some BS PRs...OTC is full of those. There SS will be much like KSHB it looks like, which is trading $4-$7. But, there sales are higher then MDTR...this is going to be a low floater and SS now
