I would wait for trips ... does anyone know how to get an up to date share count? I'm thinking we're over 2 billion these days but I'm not sure when all the conversion "promises" get added to the actual issued and outstanding count.

The count at the end of FY 2017 was around 50 million, I think, which was four times larger than the previous year (when revenues exceeded $5 million).

It's time for a new CEO - which will save $30,000 a month in salary and invalidate the fancy shares he sold himself (for a dime) that give him 51% of the vote. Apparently we have two "independent" Directors and it is time for them to step up and do the right thing.
