My best guess for what is happening with ECOB is that it’s still functioning as a business under WPT Wood Protection Technologies and ECOB is in court to settle the dispute of fraud and bankruptcy under the business name . I assume once everything in court is settled, ECOB stock ticker will undergo a ticker change possibly WPT or something of that nature and ECOB as a business will be put to bed.
So IMO, best to buy and hold on this one.
